The clubhouse is available for rent by homeowners. Rental will include the exclusive use of the clubhouse and the non-exclusive usage of the pool and spa. The pool and spa will be shared with the community during rentals. The cost is $35 non-refundable fee and also a security deposit of $250.
Email CJM at CustomerService@cjmasi.com with the day you want to rent and your address. They will check availability and if available provide you instructions on filling out forms and providing deposit . CJM will respond with more information on the rental. Holiday rentals will fill up quickly.
